The digital revolution has revolutionized the way information is distributed and consumed. Anyone can be a publisher! Yet, academic textbook publishing is stuck in the 20th century. Fairly Compensated Authors

For that, they would take 80-90% of the profits. The world has shifted and authors do much of this work. Yet, publishing houses still want 90 to 95% of the revenue from book sales. Why?
